Reviews and Ratings
I had a delightful stay at Casa del Poeta. The rooms were tasteful, very comfortable, and pristine, ensuring a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The central location allowed me to explore Seville easily, although the stairs to the en-suite bathroom added a bit of quirkiness to the experience.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were very comfortable with excellent air conditioning, and having a chair and table or a balcony extended our living space to the outdoors. It's perfect for families, especially with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The only thing missing was tea and coffee making facilities, but overall highly recommended.
The hotel is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk for breakfast in the mornings, right across from the check-in area in the courtyard. The rooms were generally poorly lit with no reading lights for individuals and lacked enough light for makeup. The air conditioning/heating was not very responsive.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room I had was immaculately clean and quite cozy, although the proximity to the mini kitchenette could be a bit noisy at times. Despite lacking a real outside window, the room felt luxurious and had great amenities. The service was top-notch, with attentive and warm staff making my experience pleasant. The location in the heart of Santa Cruz was absolutely superb, right near major attractions. Dining was a highlight, with delicious food that left me satisfied and eager to return. Overall, a comfortable and friendly stay with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were excellently decorated, although a bit cramped. The service was top-notch, especially with their help arranging airport transfers. The location couldn't have been more convenient, right in front of a charming tapas cafe and walking distance to the garden and cathedral. The dining experience was excellent in the courtyard garden, making my visit truly memorable.
The hotel had lovely rooms, with great supplies like tea/coffee and cutlery. The facilities were good, although a more traditional touch in the finishes would have been nicer for the price. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, truly going above and beyond, making our stay unforgettable. The location was ideal, close to major attractions, making exploring Seville a breeze. The dining was fabulous, with delicious food and a fantastic experience overall.
